Natalie Yeung

Natalie is a partner in Slaughter and May's competition group in Hong Kong.  She joined Slaughter and May in 2005, where she qualified into their EU Competition Regulatory Group and was involved in a range of work including antitrust investigations, sectoral regulatory work and merger filings.

Natalie moved to Hong Kong in 2009 to set up Slaughter and May’s Asian competition law practice and travels regularly between the Hong Kong and Beijing offices. 

Natalie’s antitrust experience spans across Europe and Asia.  She has been involved in a number of high-profile cartel investigations in the UK.  In Hong Kong, she has been advising listed companies, investment banks and industry associations in preparation for the implementation of the Competition Ordinance.  She has advised on compliance issues and provided training to senior management and employees.

Natalie Yeung was educated at Cambridge University.   She speaks Chinese and English and is admitted to practise in Hong Kong and England and Wales.

Natalie is recognised as a leading lawyer in The International Who’s Who of Competition Lawyers & Economists 2015 and she is listed in Chambers Asia 2015. Natalie is the co-author of the Hong Kong chapter of Getting the Deal Through’s ‘Cartel Regulation’ publication.
