The HCA held its third meeting. We discussed the progresses we made with our two ongoing projects: the training sessions for the local law firms of Hong Kong, and the competition law mooting competition.  Dr Derek Ritzmann, Chief Economist at the Competition Commission took the floor to say a few words about the role of economics at the Commission and in modern competition enforcement.
