HCA Monthly Gathering (November 2016)

Our next drinks will be held at 7pm on Wednesday, 9 November at Kim & Chang's liaison office in Hong Kong.

Prof. Oh Seung Kwon, Former Chairman of the Korea Fair Trade Commission and current Emeritus Professor of Law School at Seoul National University, will share his thoughts and experiences on the application of competition law in the context of Hong Kong’s recently established competition ordinance.

The event will also include a brief presentation by K.T. Jung, a Senior Partner and Head of Kim & Chang’s Corporate Department and Antitrust & Competition Practice Group and Luke Shin, a senior member of Kim & Chang’s Antitrust and Competition Practice group, on “What Asia Region practitioners should know about Korean competition law”.

As always, the Competition Drinks is a free event, and there is no need to RSVP. Feel free to invite your contacts who have an interest in competition law.

Where: Level 17 Suites 1704-06, One International Finance Center, 1 Harbour View Street, Central
